Please enjoy and care for this home as if it were your own…and make wonderful memories during your stay!
- A maximum of 8 occupants, per the Archuleta county permit.
- Absolutely NO outdoor fires are allowed anywhere on the property.
- Burn only votive candles.
- Do not remove anything from the property.
- Kindly remove you shoes while inside the house.
- No smoking or vaping n the home or on the decks.
- NO pets are allowed.
- NO events, parties or large gatherings.
- Please do not trespass on the neighbor’s property at any time.
- The property is only accessible via stairs and may not be suitable for the mobility impaired.
- Due to the stairs and decor through the home, it may not be suitable for families with young toddlers.
Required Renter’s Insurance Fee
- A renters insurance coverage at an affordable daily rate is required per booking.
- This coverage protects the property should there be any accidental damage caused by a renter to the property, its contents or the grounds.
- No deposit fee is required.
